Our Team

Your neighborhood resource for premium pediatric care

Lana Baker is Washington Market Pediatric's practice manager and receptionist.  She is an experienced medical office administrator and manager, working with a wide variety of medical practices - most recently, a boutique otolaryngology office in midtown Manhattan.

Lana is originally from Lancashire, England, then came to the U.S. to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business from New York University and a Master’s in Theology and Counseling from Nyack College.

As a mother of three children, who has spent her life balancing work, education and family, Lana is very enthusiastic and empathetic to the effort that goes into raising a family and providing them with quality health and wellness care.

ERIN HINES (A.K.A. nurse erin)

Erin Hines' love of children and desire to form lasting relationships with patients drew her to join our team and she has been with us since we first opened our doors in 2015. When Erin is not assisting Dr. Tiffany with patient care, she is a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian (NYPH).  She graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Global Health and Spanish. She spent the next year backpacking with an around-the-world ticket and on that journey, discovered she had a yearning to help care for children and when she returned started to pursue her career in nursing. She received her BSN from UNC-CH, where she was a member of the Sigma Theta Honor Society. She moved to NYC after graduating and joined the team at NYPH, where she currently provides care to premature and high-risk infants as well as infants with congenital defects. Erin is certified in Pediatric Life Support (PALS), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Erin and her husband, Chase, live in West Village. She enjoys running on the West Side Highway, traveling around the world, enjoying NYC and quality time with friends and family.
